Movie Review: 17 Again
Ok, I admit it. The only reason why I wanted to see this was because of Zac Efron. I loved him in Hairspray, which is an awesome movie overall albeit seen on an airplane, and I have been sucked in with all the tweens into seeing this one.
It’s a bit of fun, with some good laughs and lessons that Oprah Winfrey would be proud of.
Unfortunately, it’s also another movie that links popularity with being happy. To be a teen in America is something I’ll never really know about.

S actually wanted to see this! Sometimes I truly don’t get how his mind works. BTW, we finally saw 7 Pounds and really loved it. I get that popularity can be equated to being happy but I think there is an uglier side – jealousy, rumours, backstabbing…all things that can make those *happy* times feel totally not worth it.
BTW, probably not your thing, but I did it anyway, gave you an award on my blog on Friday’s post. Just wanted you to know I love your blog.
Happy weekend :)

I don’t think my hubby would admit to wanting to watch chick flicks or teen flicks!
Popularity always has an ugly side – not that I really know because I wasn’t one of the popular kids at school. I was happy though.
And thanks for the award! :)
